    Hi, we are staying in a preferred room at Caribbean beach. What does this room entail? Does it have a pull down sofa bed? Does it have a 5th sleeper? Or do we need to put in a request for these things? Also what does these rooms overlook? Thanks Liam

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm always so thrilled to meet new Disney pals, so I am happy YOU have joined us.

    I am thrilled to share with you that you have made an excellent choice with your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room selection. The Preferred category at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort offers two queen beds and one single, child-size pull-down bed. That means that it can accommodate up to five Guests. So that you know, you won't need to make any additional requests for that configuration. 

    You will find these spacious Disney Resort hotel rooms in the beautiful Martinique and Barbados sections of the sprawling Resort hotel. There, you could have a view of the gardens, parking area, or unique courtyards. Some of the excitement of arrival day at Walt Disney World Resort is the moment when you receive the magical text message that your room is ready, and you follow the link to the maps to learn where your room is! My kids always rush to touch their Disney Band to the door lock first once we arrive so that they can see the room (and the view!) before anyone else!

    Which reminds me! Please make sure to complete your Online Check-In through your My Disney Experience account so that you can enjoy Direct-to-Room Service on your arrival day. Everything runs just a little smoother without that extra stop at the Front Desk. 

    Liam, as a Guest of a Disney Resort hotel with convenient access to the Disney Skyliner, I recommend that you hop on for a 'Flight' early in your vacation. It's not just a mode of transportation. It's a wonderful experience that will make you feel like you're part of the Disney magic.
