Hi Liam!
Welcome back to planDisney with another question!
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort was recently remodeled, and I am happy to hear you have plans to stay here next summer! This resort's theming is perfect for the time of year you're visiting; you will feel like you are one of the magical islands of the Caribbean and not Walt Disney World Resort! The preferred rooms at Caribbean Beach will be in the Martinique and Barbados sections, giving you proximity to
Fuentes del Morro Pool and Old Port Royale. These rooms feature two queen-sized beds, two queen-sized beds, and one child-size pull-down bed.
The Martinique section is close to
Disney's Riviera Resort, so if you have plans to dine at
Topolino's Terrace-Flavors of the Riviera or grab a coffee at
Le Petit Café, you're in luck! Old Port Royale is the main lobby area of the resort and features many dining options, including
Sebastian's Bistro and
Banana Cabana.
Take advantage of all the fun at Caribbean Beach by checking out all the activities that can be found here daily! The Recreation Experiences Guide can be found in the lobby or by Fuentes del Morro and features daily activities, such as
Movies Under the Stars and
Campfire in Martinique Beach! For a small fee, you can participate in Mickey Tie-Dye or Under the Seashell Painting (both found near the Pineapple Fountain) and Nighttime Trivia at Spyglass Grille or the Island Party are fun evening activities you don't want to miss!
Liam, thank you for visiting planDisney! I hope you have a wonderful summer holiday next year, and if you need additional pixie dust to plan your visit, please come back! Like Jiminy Cricket, we are always happy "to be your guide!".
Magic Awaits!
Frances
