We're staying at the Port Orleans Riverside. We would like a room with a trundle, but on a website I read rooms with a trundle do not have an elevator? Also, are there certain locations easiest to get to food/transportation w/o needing to hike a ton? Thx!

    Hi Elisabeth!

The Alligator Bayou section is the only area at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside that offers guest the comfort of a trundle bed, which will accommodate a guest aged nine and under.  It is true that the Alligator Bayou section does not offer elevator services to guests on the second floor.

If you are looking for close proximity to the main building, dining areas and Ol' Man Island, you may need to consider the preferred rooms.  These are located in the AB section of the resort and are buildings 14, 15, 18, and 27.  Your best request for this section would be building 14.  It has the closest proximity to both the food court and the pool, as well as locale for transportation.  Keep in mind that cast members try their best to honor

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
