    We are staying at the Port Orleans Riverside. How long will it take to get to Mickey's Backyard BBQ from there?

    Hi Denise!

    I have a trip coming up in a few weeks and we are always staying at Disney's Port Orleans Resort-Riverside.  I love the southern charm, and quaint feeling of this terrific Resort.   I hope you have an amazing stay.

    In order to reach Mickey's Backyard BBQ from Disney's Port Orleans Resort-Riverside I would suggest taking the complimentary Disney bus transportation to the Magic Kingdom.   Once you arrive at Magic Kingdom you can take the water taxi over to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground.   I would allow about 60-90 minutes to reach your destination.  It may not take that long, but I always like to plan for wiggle room, just in case anything unexpected pops up.
