Hi Mom's, we are staying at Port Orleans French Quarter the week of Thanksgiving. We want to upgrade our 3 day park tickets to a Dvc annual pass. Is this something I can do at the hotel or at the parks? Thanks in advance

    Hi Stephanie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are glad you joined us!

In order to receive credit for the full face value of your 3-Day theme park admission ticket with Park Hopper option, you should first activate it by entering a theme park. Then, visit a convenient Guest Relations location with your Disney Vacation Club Member ID, either the blue plastic version you should have received in the mail this spring, or the digital version that you can download from the Disney Vacation Club Member Website. A Cast Member can assist you with your upgrade to a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass from there.

Please keep in mind that you must activate your theme park admission ticket and you must have at least one day remaining in order to upgrade.

Come back and visit with any additional questions, Stephanie. We would love to help sprinkle extra Pixie Dust on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
