We're staying at Port Orleans French Quarter in October, with our 5-year old and four of her grandparents. Are buses the best (or only) way to get from the resort to the Magic K , Animal K, and Epcot? Any other transportation hints from FQ? Thanks so much!

    Hi Cara,

The French Quarter is serviced only by buses to the four theme parks. This will mean a short ride to and from them daily.  Your shortest ride will be to EPCOT, and your longest into the Magic Kingdom.

However, you should be fine. The buses are spacious and move quickly towards their destinations. You will sometimes share the bus with Port Orleans Riverside but it is really not a problem.

Remember you can use the monorail and boat launches to get you from the Parks to the nearby resorts which you could be visiting for a meall or just to get a break.

    Have a great trip!
