    HI there, we are staying at Port Orleans French Quarter hotel and understand that there is a boat that runs from the hotel straight to Disney Springs. I use a mobility scooter and was wondering if I can take it on these boats? cheers

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Thanks for stopping in to ask a magical vacation planning question.  It's my pleasure to be able to help you today.

    My family had the pleasure of staying at Disney's Port Orleans Resort- French Quarter in May.  The newly remodeled rooms are lovely and the grounds of the Resort are beautiful.  I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.   There is a water taxi that travels between the Resort and Disney Springs.  This water taxi does accommodate wheelchairs, strollers and scooters.   The space available for the scooters is rather small so if there are multiple at one time, you may have to wait for another boat.   The boats run continuously and I have never waited more than 20 minutes for one.
