Hello we are staying at port Ireland riverside and I would like to know if the bedspreads are washed between guests ?

Hi there, Melissa, and welcome to planDisney, where life is the bubbles! Soap bubbles that is! Thanks for stopping by with this squeaky-clean question. I love the smell of freshly-washed linens myself, so I like to picture Cinderella herself scrubbing my Disney Resort Hotel room before my arrival. Let's see what we can learn about housekeeping procedures for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit.

I spoke to a sparkling Cast Member who said all the bedding is washed between guests at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. She added that you can request a VIP Cleaning Service before your arrival. This service varies a bit by resort, but it typically includes washing window treatments and shampooing carpets or rugs. You can also request allergy-free pillows, and you can make these requests by calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations

I have a sentimental attachment to Disney's Port Orleans Resort because it was the first place my family stayed when we visited many years ago. Do you know the resort used to be called Disney's Dixie Landings? I just adore the New Orleans vibe. My son loved swimming in the Ol' Man Island pool with its rustic waterslide. That's one way to get clean!

Melissa, I'm sending a sprinkle of pixie dust and soap flakes to help you have a magically clean visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Please stop by planDisney anytime. I'll be helping
    Cinderella scrub!

    Magic awaits,
