Staying at POR-on our last day we are enjoying the pool before our ADR at Ohana, then hitting the road for our 12 hr drive home. ? is are there places to change clothes, baby facilities, etc for us at the resort? Do the resorts ever allow late check out?

There are certainly public restrooms at the hotel where you could change clothes. Nearly every restroom at WDW is equipped with a changing table. Beyond that, the only "baby facilities" would be at the baby care centers in the theme parks.

Late check out is sometimes available, but not very often. Whether you can do this depending on the resort booking level at the time of your visit. The Disney hotels tend to run fairly close to full occupancy, which means they need to clean and turn around the vast majority of the rooms on a tight schedule.

I personally have asked for late check out about half a dozen times and only been allowed to do this twice. To see what your chances are, I would go down to the front desk of your hotel a day or two in advance of your departure and ask if you get a late check out time. If they can do it, they will add a note to your file.

Good luck and have a safe trip!
