    We will be staying at POR from 2/8/14 - 2/16/14 spending 7 days in the parks. Planning 3 days MK, 2 days HS, 1 day AK and 1day EP. We have 3 boys 5,7, and 14. Do you think we should give up a day at MK for a 2nd day at AK or EP? Open to itinerary ideas

    Amber,

    I like your plan the way you have it. But if you are still unsure, leave a day in your vacation as a Magic Kingdom/Tentative Switch day. With this you could switch based on where your kids most want to go.For now, here is where I would go;

    February 8 - Arrival Day
    February 9 - Magic Kingdom
    February 10 - Hollywood Studios
    February 11 - Epcot
    February 12 - Animal Kingdom
    February 13 - Magic Kingdom
    February 14 - Hollywood Studios
    February 15 - Magic Kingdom
    February 16 - Departure Day

    I would make the 13th that 'flex' day where you leave it open to family plans. Also, this plan allows for you to take advantage of a lot of the early week Extra Magic Hours, when park crowds should be lighter. But I don't have you at Hollywood Studios on the 15th, even though they have morning Extra Magic Hours, as growing crowd levels will make that an overly busy park.

    Write me back if I can help with more.

    Have a magical vacation!
