We are staying at POR in a garden view 5th sleeper room in August. My 15 year old son wants to sleep on the extra pull down bed, he’s also 6’ tall. Will this bed be big enough for him?

    Michelle,

    Thanks for your question!

I recently had a question similar to this. As you will find in that answer, the pull down beds in those rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside are 5' 6" long. So I think your son is out of luck, unfortunately.

But he will still love the resort. There is so much more for a teen to do at the resort than just hopping in the pool. He might enjoy some of the nighttime activities like the Campfire on de' Bayou. He may prefer fishing, or bike rentals to explore the resort grounds. Check out the resort's recreations page to see some of the other activities that are available.

Write us back if you are looking for any activity advice, especially for your teenager.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
