    We will be staying at POR in early Feb. We plan to spend our last day in the MK and take the monorail over to the Polynesian for dinner and fireworks watching from the beach. How hard will it be to get back to POR? Should we go by taxi or back to MK?

    HI Sally!

    While park-to-park and resort-park transportation at Walt Disney World is super easy, resort-resort transportation isn't as straightforward. There isn't a direct bus from one resort to another, so you would have to take the monorail from Polynesian to the Transportation & Tickets Center (TTC) then from TTC take a bus to Port Orleans. At night, this can be even more difficult because of the crowds exiting the parks and taking transportation back to their resort. 

    I would recommend taking the bus from POR to Magic Kingdom in the morning and then taking a taxi back to POR from Polynesian.
