    We are staying @POR 12/3-12/11. We have the DDP & most of our Res. are booked. We are now thinking about switching due to Pop Warner week but are having a hard time getting our faves the next week. Is Pop Warner reason to switch due to the crowds? THA

    Hi Pebbles,

    This is a great question which many guests ask. I have had the privilege of being at Walt Disney World three of the last four years when Pop Warner was visiting as well.

    While the resorts, especially value and moderate resorts, were busy with families at the pool and the food courts, the families will be at the ESPN Wide World of Sports to participate in the games. They will have some down time but they will be distributed throughout the four parks.

    I think the crowds are manageable this week, and if your favorites are gone the next week, keep to your original plan.
