staying @ POR & have daily early 8 AM +/- 15min BFast @ ohanas,CM, 1900, CP. worried about bus travel as we will have to leave quite early. can we walk from POR? dont u-stand how resorts are situated in the park. are they cut off from walking in/out ?

    Hi Steven,

Walt Disney World is absolutely huge, there are 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, over 20 resorts, shopping areas etc. If you click HERE it will show you a map of Disney property so you'll be able to see how large it is. Port Orleans Riverside is number 28 on the map and although the closest park is Epcot it is still not within walking distance. To get around you will need to either drive or use the free Disney buses.

Buses start running about 2 hours before the scheduled park opening so you'll be able to get to all your breakfast reservations in time. To get to all of the ones you've mentioned you'll need to catch a bus to the Magic Kingdom. Crystal Palace is inside the park so very easy to find and all the others are in the monorail resorts so simply hop on the resort monorail to get there. Chef Mickey's is at the Contemporary which is the first stop, 'Ohana is at the Polynesian which is the third stop and 1900 Park Fare is at the Grand Floridian which is the fourth and final stop. It's also always worth telling your bus driver where you're headed as sometimes they will take you directly to the resort!

I hope that helps and if you have any further questions please ask,
