    Hi Sue!

My Mom was on a scooter when we visited just a few weeks ago and I was very pleased with the accomodations for her throughout the trip.

Make sure that your dad pulls his scooter up to the Handicap space in the bus line at the resort so the bus driver will see that he needs to make accomodations for the scooter in the bus. Handicap spaces are priority seating, so if there is any room on the bus when it pulls up, your dad and family will be the first ones allowed on the bus to ensure there is room.

At Port Orleans, the buses start at French Quarter and then move along to Riverside. In the morning, they stop first at "Blues and Jazz" bus stations, right outside of the main building to the right. After the buses pick up from this stop, they continue onto the other bus stations throughout Port Orleans Riverside.

It can take longer by getting on at the first stop, but you will be guarnteed to get a seat on the bus and can head along to your final destination. Buildings 3 and 4 are the closest to the main station.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
