Staying at POP. Do you think I will have enough room to do a workout DVD in my room(aerobics and/or yoga)? I know there is a running path around POP as well so that's an option but I am just laying out CONVENIENT fitness options ahead of time. Thanks :)

    Hi Katie,

To be honest, I think working out in a Pop room would be quite difficult. First, there are no DVD players provided in the Pop rooms, so you would have to bring your own. Second, the rooms themselves are quite small.

To get a sense of how small, you may want to go over to the independent website blog.touringplans.com and look for an article called "What You Get for Your Money - Resorts." This will help you visualize the situation.

While less convenient than working out in your own room, you could go over to one of the resorts that have fitness center and pay a daily fee to work out there. Another option would be to wake up early and do some lap swimming in the Pop pool to get in your exercise. And remember, there is A LOT of walking involved in a WDW vacation. Even the fittest of folks often feel like they've had a work out just walking around the parks.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
