    We are staying at the Pop Resort. Is it true that you can check in earlier than the 3pm check-in time at your resort to obtain your tickets and start enjoying your day even if your room is not ready? We'll be arriving at 9 on our 1st day. Thank you!

    Yes, absolutely. You can can go to your WDW hotel and "preregister" as early in the day as you'd like -- even first thing in the morning. This means that you'll do all the steps of checking in, except actually getting into your room. Once you preregister, you can get your Key to the World card and any park tickets or Dining Plan credits you've purchased. You can even leave your luggage with the Bell Services desk who will hold it in a secure location for you.

    When you're at the hotel, be sure to ask about Disney's new mobile room notification service. If you'd like, the hotel can now send a text or automated call to your cell phone when your room is ready. That's one less thing to worry about when you're off enjoying the parks.
