Hi John! Welcome to planDisney. I hope you're ready for a "groovy" time at Disney's Pop Century Resort. It is one of my favorites to stay at when I visit, the Skyliner is a quick walk away, the
Everything POP Food Court has delicious food, and the
different pools around the resort will make for a "rad" visit! Don't forget to check out the display in the lobby featuring items from different decades, including toys, books, and outfits. It's always fun stopping by the '90s section and sharing with my girls what items were trendy at that time.
Pop Century rooms feature 2 queen-sized beds (1 regular, and 1 Murphy bed), or a single King bed. At this time, Pop Century does not have air mattresses for guests to use. You
technically could travel with one, but keep in mind you cannot use it to increase room capacity, due to fire safety laws. The 50's buildings are my favorites to stay at because they are the closest to the Classic Hall (the main lobby), and close to Skyliner.
Since you are on the Skyliner route, take a bit of time and celebrate food and spirits at
EPCOT's International Food & Wine Festival. Check back on the Walt Disney World website and Disney Parks Blog for information on dining experiences. John, I hope you and your group have the best time visiting. Thanks for stopping by planDisney again!
Magic Awaits,
Frances
