Disney's Pop Century Resort pool; family; siblings

    We are staying at Pop century resort. Is it possible that there would be a freezer available for medicine that I carry. I need to freeze the gel pack that goes in the metal container that I will carry

    Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

    I am a big fan of Disney's Pop Century Resort. In fact, I am headed for a stay there in just a few days! 

    You are correct in knowing that the refrigerators in Pop Century do not have a freezer. So what can you do? I just called the resort this morning for you, and when I asked if they could freeze the gel packs for you, they said that the resort's Bell Services desk had a freezer on site and could assist when requested. I have had a few times at Disney resorts where such assistance was willingly provided, which can be a great help! I even had a microwave installed in our room once for a medical need. But of course that is heating, not freezing!

    BONUS TIP #1
    The Bell Services Desk at Pop Century is located just outside the main entrance to Classic Hall. That is the resort's main hall that houses the front desk, the Everything POP Shopping & Dining restaurant and store, and other services. 

    BONUS TIP #2
    If your morning coffee boost needs to come sooner than when you arrive at EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios, there is a Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company kiosk that is a free-standing booth located by the Caribbean Beach Disney Skyliner station. You can enjoy a drink on your travels and arrive charged and ready to go!
