We are staying at Pop Century Resort Nov. 22, 2010 - Nov. 22, 2010. We will be at Magic Kingdom Tues and Thursday, Thanksgiving Day. I am looking for recommendations on where to eat Thanksgiving Day, at one of the better Resturants and what time to eat!

    Hi Jean,

How exciting! We have spent many Thanksgivings at Magic Kingdom and I have to admit I'm slightly jealous that you are just days a way from your holiday trip.

Our absolute favorite place to dine at Magic Kingdom is Liberty Tree Tavern in Liberty Square. The restaraunt has a colonial New England feel to it and offers a delicious traditional Thanksgiving menu of turkey, ham, stuffing, macaroni and cheese and vegetables. It is absolutely mouth-watering and has a great feeling to it. You can almost imagine the pilgrims dining right next to you. My next suggestion would be Crystal Palace. This character meal experience offers a yummy buffet filled with plenty of meat, vegetable and salad choices and will offer some traditional Thanksgiving options on that day.

The only concern I have for you is availability. These locations are extremely popular and with the holiday crowds you may find it hard to find a seating time. I would call 407-939-3463 immediately and see what times are open for your party size. If you are lucky enough to find an opening, you may not have to many choices on time slots and may need to eat at an earlier or later time to get in.

    Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving!
