    We will be staying at pop century (preferred room) in about a week. Our daughter broke her ankle and will need a shower chair/bench. Well the hotel provide one or should we have one sent in advance? Thank you!

    Hi, Yesenia! Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! I'm so sorry to hear your daughter broke her ankle. I hope she's not in as much pain anymore and feeling a little more at ease. 

    I recommend you call your resort (407 938-4000) and explain your daughter's current situation. Even though I cannot guarantee they will be able to accommodate your request, it is for sure the next thing I would do. It doesn't hurt to ask, right?
    If they are unable to accommodate your request, remember there are some local shops you can visit or have the item you mentioned shipped to your room. 
    Again, your best bet is to call the resort at this point and let them know about your daughter's injury. I have a feeling they will at least try to work some magic for you. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, Yesenia!
