Carrie from South Yorkshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are staying at Pop Century this Oct. My booking invoice for our trip includes ‘Q-serv meal upgrade quick dine’. Does this mean that we have the upgraded version of the quick dine plan? i.e. a snack each and a refillable resort mug as well as the meals?

Hi Carrie and welcome to planDisney!

It sounds as though you booked the Free Dining and Drinks offer for travel in 2025 which was available to book, here in the UK, from 18 April - 7 November 2024.

As part of this promotion, if you selected to stay at a Value Resort Hotel (including Pop Century Resort), you would receive 1 x free Quick-Service Meal (including 1 x free Non-Alcoholic/Alcoholic Drink per Meal) per person, per night of your stay.

I, myself, took advantage of this Special Offer and can tell you that the wording on my own booking confirmation states "Disney's Pop Century Resort - Standard Room - Free Dine Disney Quick Service Meal Package (2025)."

Similarly, when I log into my My Disney Experience App, under details, in the Hotel Reservations section, it states "DR Hotel Pkg with Quick Meal DP". If this is the same as what you can see in the Hotel Reservations section of your My Disney Experience App, then I think it's safe to say that you will receive 1 x free Quick-Service Meal (including 1 x free Non-Alcoholic/Alcoholic Drink per Meal) per person, per night of your stay, as outlined above.

This is different to the Quick-Service Dining Plan which includes 2 x Quick-Service Meals, 1 x Non-Alcoholic/Alcoholic Drink per Meal, 1 x selected Snack or Drink for each night of your stay plus, a Resort-Refillable Mug.

You could, however, have upgraded the Free Quick-Service Meal Package to the Quick-Service Dining Plan at the time of booking, paying the difference in price.

As it is not possible for me to access your booking, Carrie, the only way that you will know for sure exactly what is included, is to contact the Company who you made your booking with. Their contact details should be located on your booking confirmation.

Top Tip - Be sure to take advantage of Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering when redeeming your Quick-Service meals during your stay. This is so super easy to use and means you can spend less time waiting in line for food during your visit - what's not to like?

I'm sorry that I couldn't give you a concrete answer on this occasion but, please feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney, if we can be of any further help with the planning of your trip.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
