Hi there, Marisela, and welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad that we've become your trusted source for your vacation planning tips. It sounds like you're planning an exciting trip to Walt Disney World Resort! If you're anything like me, that includes preparing to try lots of delicious meals and snacks. Let's dig in!
If you're planning to use a
dining plan during your vacation, you have a friend in me! I love dining plans because they allow me to take advantage of savings and stay in the moment during my vacation - it makes it feel more all-inclusive! The
Disney Dining Plan is great because I love relaxing at table service restaurants during a day at a
Disney Theme Park. My kiddos get a kick out of seeing their best pals at
Character Dining locations and I love the opportunity to rest and recharge so we can finish the day with renewed energy. The
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan is fantastic for families who want to be a little bit more flexible and on-the-go during their vacation. Placing a
Mobile Food & Beverage Order on the
My Disney Experience Mobile App is the best way to ensure you're not spending a lot of time standing in line and waiting for food, and it allows you to plan ahead by placing your order in advance.
During my most recent vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth, I didn't see many quick-service meal options that required two meals. The vast majority of quick-service meal options will only be one meal. An exception to that, off the top of my head, is the Butcher Board (For 2) at
The Polite Pig at
Disney Springs. It is a portion that was designed for two adults to share, so it does require two quick-service meals from the dining plan. If you ever have a question about a menu item, whether it's related to a dining plan,
allergy, or seasonal availability, feel free to ask a Cast Member. The Cast Members, servers, and chefs at each dining location are very knowledgeable about the offerings at their locations and they're always more than happy to help.
Marisela, I'd love to recommend that you download the My Disney Experience Mobile App and get acquainted with it well before your visit, if you haven't done so already. It will be your helpful resource for everything from restaurant menus to restroom locations. The map feature shows wait times at nearby attractions and can give you directions to any destination within Walt Disney World Resort. It's where you'll be able to track your meals, snacks, and resort refillable mugs in your dining plan, and you'll be able to see all past charges to your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room.
From one Georgia girl to another, I hope you have the very best time during your vacation! Please stop back by planDisney with any other vacation planning questions you have!
See you real soon!
