You are in for a real treat with your stay at
Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. We recently experienced one of our favorite Walt Disney World Resort Vacations calling this stunning and convenient Resort hotel "Home" and I hope that you can say the same soon.
My personal preference is for a Disney Vacation Club Villa on a higher floor because I enjoy a balcony more than a patio, but you might feel the opposite! I feel that the balconies provide sweeping, stunning views while also preserving more privacy. At the same time, there is incredible convenience in being able to exit your Deluxe Studio Villa through the patio door on the way to The Great Ceremonial House or either of the fantastic pools at this Resort without needing to travel down the hallways of your Longhouse.
So, while you cannot go wrong with any Villa at this incredible Disney Vacation Club Resort, your floor request is really a personal preference.
