Hi Marcia,
Topolino's Terrace is one of the best restaurants at Disney World. The character breakfast is so much fun and the food is delicious. Do not worry at all about her breakfast options. There is a menu, but they are wonderful at working with you. We ate there a few months ago and my daughter said all I want for breakfast is steak and Mickey waffles and they made it happen. They are great about working around preferences and dietary issues, so I would not be concerned about her finding something she loves. While there, get some pictures with the Parisian Minnie Mouse and try the steak! It's delicious, don't believe me ask the dishes.
The
dining plans at Disney World do require a teenager to order off of the regular menu but there are typically options at every restaurant that she will find appealing. Even when you are not utilizing the dining plan, she will not be allowed to order from the kid's menu while at Disney World as it is reserved for guests under 10 years of age. Most of the
quick service restaurants have options like hamburgers, chicken tenders, or pizza on the menu which are going to be similar to your kid's menu offerings.
50's Prime Time Cafe and
The Plaza Restaurant are great options for pickier eaters because they will more traditional offerings.
I hope you all have a wonderful time and don't hesitate to come back with any more questions or requests for recommendations!
Happy Planning
Jenna
