Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We're staying at the Polynesian in Sept., and are having groceries delivered from garden grocer. Our flight arrives at 11:05. I believe check in is @3. What time should I have groceries delivered? (perishibles included) Thanks Moms for all your help!

    Hi Christine,

    I'd actually have Garden Grocer deliver your items at around noon. Even though check-in isn't until 3:00, during September the resort will likely not be booked to full capacity, so there's a fair chance that your room will be ready when you arrive.

    But whether or not your room is ready, the Polynesian can hold your groceries for you until your room is available, even the perishables. All the Disney resort hotels have refrigeration in their luggage holding areas. They'll accept the delivery for you and pop the items that need to be cold into the refrigerator.

    With a noon delivery, you can be sure that your items arrive when you do.
