Welcome back, Kayla!
You’re going to love staying at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort; it’s such a classic!
This is my favorite deluxe resort close to Magic Kingdom because of those amazing fireworks views from the pool. Being able to watch the fireworks from across
Seven Seas Lagoon is just magical, especially at night when the park is sparkling.
A few tips for your first stay: the Monorail is your best friend. You can hop right over to
Magic Kingdom without worrying about buses, and it’s such a fun, iconic way to start the day. If you want early park access, take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry if it's offered during your stay.
Don’t miss
Ohana for breakfast or dinner. It’s a must! And if you’re a fan of tropical drinks, the
Tambu Lounge is a fun spot to relax after a day in the parks.
As for crowds in mid-January, that’s generally a quieter time after the holiday rush.
EPCOT and
Animal Kingdom usually have the lowest crowds during the week and
Magic Kingdom tends to be busier because of its popularity and proximity to resorts like the Polynesian, but still manageable.
Hollywood Studios can spike, but overall, EPCOT and Animal Kingdom are easier to navigate without long waits.
Have a magical time, Kayla! Remember we're here to help with all of the Disney details, so stop by and see us again soon!
Toodles,
Korliss
