We are staying at the Polynesian resort in August and I was wondering if I can make a request for a specific room? If so, how do I go about doing that?

    Hi Sabrina!

You are going to love the Polynesian Resort at Walt Disney World! When you are there make sure to dine at 'Ohana, this is my favorite place to eat throughout all of Disney! You will also want to watch Wishes from the beach and Polynesian! This is the best place to view this special fireworks show!

When you book your reservation, you will have an option to make a few special request, such as booking a standard, garden, lagoon or theme park view room. Within these categories, you can make a special room request, such as being on an upper floor or ground floor. However, you will be unable to request a specific room number. Walt Disney World is unable to guarantee a specific room.

You can call 407-939-7630 to speak with a Cast Member about any special room request, that isn't a specific room number, and they will do their best to accommodate.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
