    We will be staying at the Polynesian next month in a lagoon view room. I have a specific longhouse where we'd love to stay, so I requested it when making my reservations. Should I use online check-in or traditional check-in to maximize our chances?

    Hi Jennifer! Lucky you - the countdown is on and your Disney vacation is almost here! I would definitely do the online check-in. It greatly speeds up the check-in process, allowing you to get settled in more quickly. When you check in, the cast member will show you on a map where your room is located. If you'd prefer another location, simply let them know and they will do their best to accommodate you. Although room requests are not guaranteed, they will try to make it happen.
