Staying at Polynesian May'09. Have deluxe Dining plan so far. Trying to decide between Concierge level or Garden View. Recommendations?

If you're telling me that you've decided to do the deluxe dining plan, then I would skip the concierge level room. The Concierge Level is wonderful, but in my mind one of the key benefits of the extra cost is having access to the concierge lounge. This comfy room is stocked with continental breakfast items in the morning, snacks throughout the day, and dessert and cordials in the evening. Frankly, if you're staying at a concierge room and you're light eaters, you barely have to dine anywhere else.

With the deluxe dining plan, you are given A LOT of food -- three multi-course meals a day, plus snacks. You wouldn't have much use for the concierge lounge offerings, thus would be losing out on one of the biggest benefits of that type of room.

That being said, there are some other benefits to the concierge level, including the actual concierge who will help you with making your meal reservations. If that's a service that appeals to you, then the extra expense might be worth it.
