We are staying at the Polynesia for 5 nights beginning 2-25-13, three adults and one 7 year old child. We wish to be close to the pool and transportation. Please provide suggested room request locations. Thank you!

    Hi Susan!

Having spent 10 wonderful days at Disney's Polynesian Resort, I can wholeheartedly say that you and your family will love it! Being transported to the Hawaiian Islands was amazing, and watching Wishes from the beach is an experience I will never forget.

A building that is centrally located to the two pools and to transportation would be Raratonga. Exiting through one end of the building leads you to the Great Ceremonial House and dining experiences such as Kona, 'Ohana and Cap'n Cooks and its a short walk to the main pool. Access to the monorail is through the Great Ceremonial House. Exiting through the other end of the hall leads you to the quiet pool and the Neverland Kids Club as well as laundry facilities. Bus transportation is right in front of Raratonga, and it also offers balcony views of the monorail or of the resort grounds. We loved our view of the monorail passing throughout the day!!

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanie

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
