We are staying at the polyensian hotel. We would like to do the character breakfast at the Grand Floridian at 8:15, is there a way to get there? Also we have the dining plan, do you think it's a good deal to upgrade to the deluxe?

    Hi Kristina!

You'll have no trouble at all getting from the Polynesian to the Grand Floridian for your breakfast. There are two options and both are equally quick. The monorail connects the two resorts, so its easy to hop on at the Polynesian and exit at the next stop which is the Grand Floridian. If you prefer, a walking path also connects the two resorts, so your breakfast is just a quick stroll away!

The Deluxe dining plan can be a great deal if you plan on using all of your table service credits and still would like to experience more signature restaurants or table service meals which you'll need to pay for out of pocket. Before deciding to upgrade, you may want to lay out your itinerary and select your meals (or even make reservations) and then decide which makes more economic sense: paying out of pocket for the meals or the cost for the dining plan upgrade.

Hope you have a great trip!
