We are staying at Poly for 1st time next month I have requested a specific longhouse as well as location Has anyone on the panel used on line checkin & if yes were your requested honored Should I just wait and check in at the Poly also it's my bday

    Karen,

The most important thing is that you have already told them where you want to stay. The sooner you provide Disney with your requests (they are date stamped in most cases), the higher chance you have of getting those request honored.

As to the online check-in, you should definitely do it. Reiterate your requests during that process. I suggest this for two reasons. First, it never hurts to remind them of your requests. Second, this great new service really speeds up the check-in process. If you get there and feel like going to the front desk to see about getting something changed on your booking, you can still do that.

So use the online check-in, and know that you have are taking all the possible steps to get what you want on your reservation. And if your packet doesn't have all your requests honored when you get there, don't be shy. Go to the front, ask for what you want. You may get lucky!

    Have a magical vacation!
