Hello! We will be staying at the poly Sept 25-29th. We have bfast reservations for 1900 Fare, at GF for 8:30. How long will it take to get from the poly to the GF? We are also planning on going to Epcot after Bfast, Travel tips please! Thanks!

Hi Patra! Traveling to the Grand Floridian and Epcot from the Polynesian is super easy! The Grand Floridian is located next door to the Polynesian. Just hop on the monorail at the Polynesian, and the Grand Floridian is the next stop. Your actual travel time is just a couple of minutes, but you may have to wait five minutes or so for the monorail to arrive.

After your breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, just board the monorail again. To reach Epcot, you'll have to switch trains at the Transportation and Ticket Center. (No need to memorize this -- the friendly announcer will tell you when you've reached the spot to leave the first monorail and board the second one for Epcot.)  The trip to Epcot may take 45 minutes, since you have to wait for two different monorails and make multiple stops. Because the Transportation and Ticket Center stop is before the Polynesian, you'll save a lot of time if you head straight to Epcot after breakfast at the Grand Floridian, rather than returning to your resort room first.

Be sure to try the chilled strawberry soup at 1900 Park Fare! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're happy to help!
