    Staying at the Poly in Nov. I know they are offering a one-time ticket to Blizzard Beach since the volcano pool is closed. Is this ticket separate from our bands/park tickets? I want to go to Blizzard Beach half day and use the other half day at a park.

    Hi Angela,

    I love that the Walt Disney World Resorts are allowing guests staying at the Polynesian Village Resort to use Blizzard Beach for their pool! It shows how Disney cares about their guests.

    When you arrive at Blizzard Beach, there is a check-in station for you to obtain a ticket. This ticket is good for only Blizzard Beach and you can stay as long as you want.

    Water park tickets do not have park hopping options like the four main theme parks. If you want to go to another park afterwards, you would need to use a separate ticket for admission. 

    Generally, my family does not go into a major theme park on the days we are at a water park. We usually swim all day and then go back, change and go to a fancy restaurant for dinner at a resort. Or we head to Downtown Disney for shopping.
