    Staying at poly 4/25-4/29 bout to do online check in and it has a sec for build req. I talked to someone and they said the best is by tic and trans since I have a 15month old which build would that be? they were sup to do it for me but i dont see it? thank

    Hi Marilynn!

    You are going to love the Polynesian Resort! The pool is absolutely gorgeous, the theming is relaxing, the resort is close to both Magic Kingdom and Epcot and is directly on the monorail line and the restaurants are amazing. 

    It would be great if you were near the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC), since you have a young child. The best building to request is "Rapa Nui", as it is closest to the TTC. The Tahiti building is also a great choice, as it is right next to the TTC as well. 

    Walt Disney World does accept requests for placement in a certain section of the resort, but they can't guarantee a specific room or section. They online check-in may not show the requested section, but I would call 407-939-7675 to speak with a Cast Member (CM) directly to check the status of your request. The CM can look in the notes section of your reservation and advise you if your request is in the system. If it isn't, don't worry, the CM can add the note right away and you will be all set for April 25!
