We will be staying at PO-FQ in Dec 2019 and I am wanting to plan a Saturday Brunch Breakfast in Disney Springs. What time do the boats start ferrying guests in the morning so I can pick an appropriate ADR time? :)

    Hi Terri!

A relaxing boat ride along the Sassagoula River followed by a delicious brunch at Disney Springs sounds like a great start to your day!

Generally, boat service from Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter begins around 10:00 am, and the trip itself takes around 20 minutes.  Adding in a little time in case you need to wait for a boat and to walk to your brunch destination, I would allow about an hour for transportation just to be safe.

If your plans bring you to Disney Springs earlier than around 11:00 am, buses usually start running a bit earlier than boat transportation.  I recommend checking with the Lobby Concierge at your Resort Hotel to confirm what time bus and boat service to Disney Springs begins during your stay.

For expedited transportation to your destination, you may wish to consider Disney's Minnie Van service.  These fun vehicles are driven by friendly Disney Cast Members and will whisk you off to your brunch in style.

I hope that helps!  Please feel free to visit the Moms Panel again with any additional questions you may have.

    Enjoy your visit!
