Hi! We are staying at POFQ from 3/18-3/24 with our DD 6 and DS 2. Planning character meals at CRT and Chef Mickey's. Would you recommend B/L/or D at CRT? Any other activities at the parks or other resorts that we should try and attend? Thanks!

Hi, Aimee!  If you can get an early seating at Cinderella's Royal Table, breakfast is one of my favorite times to go.  The earlier your reservation, the more likely it is that you'll be walking by yourself down Main Street, USA, and the pictures you'll be able to take are amazing!  It's the best time to be at the Magic Kingdom - plus, it puts you there as the park opens, so if you plan to spend your day there, you might get a jump start on some of your favorite attractions!

If you love the character meals, one of my favorite is the Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom.  You will usually see Pooh and Friends there, and the buffet meal offers some really delicious options.  My girls also love the Sci-Fi Dine In at Disney's Hollywood Studios.  You sit in convertible cars while watching trailers for B-movies - just like "back in the day"!  It's such a novelty for kids now, who never got to experience the old drive-in movies first hand.

If your little ones are at all into pirates, my girls LOVE Captain Jack's Pirate Tutorial at the Magic Kingdom.  You'll get expert training on the Pirate ways from the best of the crew, with a few tips from Captain Jack himself!  This takes place just outside of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction several times daily.  The first and last seminar of the day tend to be least busy.

With any free time you might have in the evening, take a trip over to the Boardwalk.  There is quite often nightly entertainment like magicians or jugglers.  We like to grab an ice cream cone or snack and enjoy the walk along the Boardwalk to see the entertainment.

    Have a great trip, Aimee!
