Staying at PO Riverside with my two year old. She's sleeping in a converted crib toddler bed and never slept in a pack and play. Should I rent a toddler bed or an inflatable toddler bed or see if she will sleep in the double bed with rails?

    Hello Hannah!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am happier than Pooh Bear with a hunny pot that you stopped by to ask a wonderful question.   I hope my answer helps with your Walt Disney World vacation planning.

Disney's Port Orleans Resort-Riverside is my families go-to Resort.   I have a family of five so rooms in the Alligator Bayou section of Resort are perfect for us.   These rooms have 2 queen beds as well as a small pull down murphy bed that my children always argue over.   We often have to play a mean game of paper, rock, scissors to see who will get the bed each night.  I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have.

I have visited this Resort since my children were as young as 3 months old.   When they were 2 years old, I requested bed rails and I would also sleep with them.  I had no problem and my little one slept great.   My children were all used to toddler beds at home at this age and were very excited to get to sleep in a "big bed" on vacation.  If your little one isn't used to a pack 'n' play I suggest trying the bed rails.   Pack 'n' plays are small, and don't have the best mattresses.   You can request bed rails when you check in,and the Cast Members will bring them to your room and help you install them.  It's wonderful.

I hope this has helped, Hannah.   If you have any other questions please send them our way.   We love to help fellow Disney-loving moms!
