My Disney Experience app. On the main screen of your phone, swipe up to see a scroll of all your open apps. Find the Disney app and swipe up again to close it. Open the app and try again. You can also reboot your phone entirely to see if that scares the grim, grinning ghosts in the machine away.
If neither works, it's time to call in the experts. The Cast Members at the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ line should be able to help.
