If we will be staying at Pixar Place for our visit to Disneyland CA, how far in advance can LL Multi pass selections be made? Is it 7 days in advance as with staying on property in FL?

Hi Timothy! Welcome to planDisney! My family and I recently stayed at the Pixar Place Hotel and had a wonderful time. It’s one of the most well-themed Disney Resorts we have visited, and I completely understand why you’re looking forward to your stay!

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to book Lightning Lane Multi Pass reservation return times in advance of your visit. At Disneyland Resort, you can only select return times once you’ve scanned into the park for the day. However, the good news is that you can pre-purchase your Lightning Lane Multi Pass access ahead of time. That way, as soon as you step through the gates, you’ll be ready to start booking your return times and maximizing your time in the parks.

Here’s a Lightning Lane Q-Tip for you! You may be able to hold more than one Lightning Lane reservation at a time. Once you’ve secured a return time, you’ll need to wait until either your current reservation is used or two hours have passed before booking another. For example, if you grab a Matterhorn reservation at 9:00 a.m. for 4:00 p.m., you can still book another ride, like Haunted Mansion, at 11:00 a.m. without giving up your Matterhorn spot. To stay on top of your reservations, I recommend setting alarms on your phone or watch so you never miss an opportunity to enjoy another thrilling attraction!

Before I go, I have to mention another magical perk for hotel guests: Early Entry! As a guest of the Pixar Place Hotel, you’ll enjoy Early Entry access to either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park each day of your stay. This perk lets you enter the parks 30 minutes before regular opening, giving you a head start on some of the most popular attractions with shorter wait times. Be sure to check the Disneyland website for the Early Entry schedule, and don’t forget to bring your room key and theme park reservation to take advantage of this special benefit!

I hope this information helps, Timothy. If you have any other questions about your upcoming adventure, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again at planDisney.

Wishing you a truly magical trip!
