    We are staying at Old Key West. If we order groceries through Garden Grocer do we need to be present at the time of delivery? Will the groceries be sent to the room or stay unrefridgerated with the Bell Service?

    Hi Lisa,

    There's no need for you to be present when your Garden Grocer delivery arrives at your hotel. The Bell Services desk will be happy to accept your order for you.

    Your order will not be sent to your room, but Bell Services does have a large refrigerator in the back just for the purpose of keeping food deliveries cold. Anything you order that needs refrigeration will be packaged separately and kept chilled until you return. At that point, you can pick up your groceries yourself or ask Bell Services for assistance with getting them to your room.

    The villa resorts do this dozens of times every week. The want to make sure that your perishables don't spoil.
