We'll be staying at Old Key West over Easter 2016. Are there any special events taking place on the resort itself (acitivities or menus)? We're a multi-generational party of 8 (5 adults plus 3 year old twin girls and a10 month old baby). Thanks!

    Hi Kristina,

The spacious Villas at Disney's Old Key West Resort are going to be lovely for your multi-generational vacation. That was a spectacular choice!

While I have not yet heard of any activities taking place specifically at Disney's Old Key West Resort to celebrate Easter, there are certainly plenty of exciting activities available year-round for your crew!

I would definitely recommend a visit to Community Hall for arts and crafts, games, and other exciting offerings for your twins. Our girls always consider this creative time a highlight of any Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Go figure!

You can't go wrong with a splash-tactic time in the Sandcastle Pool. There is a smaller kiddie-pool available for your youngest and flotation vests to help your older girls enjoy the deeper waters under the watchful eyes of the fantastic lifeguards.

If you are ready for some egg-hunting fun, check out the Egg-stravaganza at Epcot. You can purchase a map and stickers for a small fee, and search the theme park for specially decorated and hidden Easter Eggs. When you complete your search, return to where you started and pick up your prize. This is a fun activity for the whole family.

Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest information on Easter experiences at Walt Disney World Resort.

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
