Hi! We are staying at OKW & saw that housekeeping only comes every 4 days. Is this the same at all DVC resorts & why? Should we bring our own towels or are enough provided to get you by? This is our first stay at a DVC property. Thanks!

    HI Shawn,

I hope you love Old Key West! With a charming neighborhood feel and spacious rooms, it makes it feel like home.

Because Disney Vacation Clubs are designed to feel like home, housekeeping only comes into your room on every fourth day. Depending on how long you are staying, you will receive a different housekeeping experience. One consists of towels and trash and the other includes towels and trash but also sheets as well. In addition, supplies such as toiletries, dish detergent and other consumables will be replenished. You can always pay an additional fee for daily housekeeping. If you are paying cash for the room, you will receive daily housekeeping as part of your rate.

If you should ever run out of towels or other supplies, you can always call housekeeping and ask them for additional items. I have never had to bring extra towels so save the space in your luggage.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
    Beth
