We will be staying at OKW the first week of October in a 2 bedroom Villa. Check in on Monday and check out on Saturday. Can you explain the Mousekeeping schedule? I would have assumed they come every day, but other Q&A's say differently. Thanks!

    Welcome back!

The "Mousekeeping" schedule for Disney Vacation Club Members can be a little confusing at first! Since DVC is a vacation ownership opportunity, Members and Guests staying on points make themselves comfortable in their vacation accommodations. With room to spread out, everything needed to make full meals in the spacious kitchen, and a private washer and dryer to keep clothes fresh while reducing the luggage needed, it really does feel like Home!

Since your vacation is 5-nights long, you can expect a visit for a Trash & Towel Service on Thursday, the fourth day of your stay. You will find your trash emptied and new liners added to the cans; fresh towels in your bathrooms; and a replenishment of shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, tissue products, coffee, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap.  You will not experience a full cleaning day since those are scheduled for stays lasting longer than eight nights.

I have good news! Should you desire additional cleaning services, you may request them! In a 2-Bedroom Villa, an additional full cleaning service currently costs $60 and an additional Trash & Towel Service costs $25, per visit. Of course, rates are subject to change.

I hope this helps, Elaine! Let us know if you have any other questions. I do love to chat about Disney's Old Key West Resort!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
