Hi Anthony,
I almost always stay at one of the
Disney World Resort Hotels because of the simple fact that transportation is a breeze. I love not having to worry about anything while on vacation, especially lugging around those car seats. That being said, I have family in Florida and have had to compromise and sneak in a trek to Disney World from somewhere beyond the magic several times.
Depending on the size of your car seat, you may be able to
rent a locker at the theme parks to stow your safety device while you play. Disney World will not hold it for you, but if it fits in one of the lockers, you can rest assured that it will be waiting for you when you are ready to head back out for the day. Jumbo lockers are the largest option available measuring 17" x 22" x 26". This size locker is only available at
Magic Kingdom and
EPCOT. At Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, the largest option available is 15.5" x 13" x 17". I highly recommend opting for a travel booster or smaller car seat if you will be attempting to store it in these lockers because there is not much room for size error. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis so if you need one of the larger lockers, make sure to get there early since there is no guarantee it will be available.
Another option is to utilize a rideshare service that provides car seats. I have used this several times in the Orlando area and there are more options for Ubers or Lyfts with a car seat than in most other places I have visited. This is also not a guarantee but does give you another option if you don't think the car seat will fit in one of the designated lockers.
Happy Planning,
Jenna
