I am staying in an off-site resort and will be arriving the night before I plan to start using my tickets. The first park we plan to visit is the Animal Kingdom - where is the best place to pick up our Admission Tickets that I have already purchased?

    Jambo, Chris!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I’d be lion if I said I didn’t miss Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park! If you haven't already, I hope you check out the Magic of Disney’s Animal Kingdom show on Disney+. This show has quickly become a fan-favorite because it takes you behind the scenes to see all the love and care that goes into the magnificent array of animals living at the park. During every episode, you’re introduced to some of the most intriguing animals, and I fell in love with each one! After watching the show, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park feels even more special than it did before!

Chris, you can pick up your tickets from the Will Call windows located at the theme park entrance. You’ll see them as you walk up to the entrance, and there are plenty of Cast Members outside to help you along the way, should you need it. Since you’re arriving a day earlier, you can also visit the Guest Relations at Disney Springs to pick up your tickets there, if you’d like. If you have a MagicBand from a previous trip, that will also act as your ticket, and you will not need to pick up your tickets.

A new service called Disney MagicMobile has been introduced, which can also act as your ticket. Now Guests using iPhones, Apple Watches, and Google-Pay enabled Androids can set up the pass using the My Disney Experience Mobile app and link the passes to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay. This is also contactless, and you can set up multiple family member passes on the same device.

Do be sure you've made your Disney Park Pass reservations for the theme parks, as these are required to enter, along with your tickets. Chris, if you’re in the mood for snacks at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, I highly recommend you check out my two personal favorites: Seasoned Fries with the dipping sauces at Mr. Kamal’s located in the Asia section of the park, and Grilled Corn on the Cob seasoned with delicious African Spices at Harambe Fruit Market located near Kilimanjaro Safaris. Both are absolutely scrumptious, and I do hope you make some room to try each!

We can't wait to welcome you to the magic, Chris! Have an enchanting time.
