We will be staying off-site at a condo in Kissime and I was wondering if we would have to pay for parking everytime we left the park. We were planning on spending the morning at one of the parks and then return in the evening.

You are only required to pay the parking fee at the Disney theme parks once per day. Just retain the receipt they will give you after you pay the parking fee. You can leave and return to the same park or one of the other parks. Simply show the parking lot attendant your receipt and you will be waved through with no additional fee.
