Hi, Debbie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for checking in with us about your tickets. If you were logged in to your My Disney Experience account when you purchased your theme park tickets, they should automagically be linked to your account. I want you to take a look at the
Ticket & Passes section to ensure they are linked and are appropriately assigned to each guest in your party. If you do not see your tickets in your account, then let's get that taken care of now.
You will need to click the
Link Tickets button located in that Tickets & Passes section of My Disney Experience and enter the Ticket Order Number or Confirmation Number from your confirmation email. Once your ticket purchase pops up, the system will guide you through assigning tickets to those in your party. Debbie, if you are still unable to get your tickets linked, please give a Cast Member a call at the
number listed for Existing Tickets. They will be more than happy to help you.
MagicBands are such a convenient addition to Walt Disney World Resort vacations. You are more than welcome to
purchase MagicBands before your trip begins or once you arrive at the Resort. If you purchase them before your trip, simply head to
this handy link to assign each one to a guest in your party. If you purchase one while at the Resort, a Cast Member at the merchandise location will be happy to help you link them.
