    I am staying off resort and purchased my Disney tickets online. My confirmation states to get the tickets at the park's entrance (going to MK). Can I pick the tickets up the day before? From any park? Which park is the most convenient to get to?

    Hi, Leanne! Thanks for checking with us about your Walt Disney World Resort tickets. There are several locations you can use to pick them up, and you can actually do so the day before you plan to use them. In fact, I highly recommend you do so in order to save time that next day. It will help you get to the magic so much quicker! Will Call Ticket orders are available at the following locations:

    - Guest Relations at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and Disney Springs
    - any Disney Theme Park or Water Park Ticket Booth
    - any Walt Disney World Resort hotel lobby Concierge
    - Will Call Ticket automated booths outside theme park entrances

    The easiest location for you to use may be Guest Relations at Disney Springs. You should be able to pop over there easily the day before, pick up those tickets, and explore the Disney Springs area. There are some great shopping and dining locations there; I highly recommend the fried chicken at Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' and the deliciously quick Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza.
